City Center One - Comprehensive project management
The existing shopping centre City Center One is extended to secure the leading position in Zagreb. Already during design, newest technologies and energy efficiency has been most important.
Project Centrum delivered the design for the entire electrical and mechanical installations, based on the concepts of the offices Greif and Hross&Partner. During the whole project the center will remain in operation what represents a great challenge to the project team. Narrow cooperation of contractors, detailed time scheduling and continuous coordination between every project participant should guarantee an on-time finishing.
Project Centrum was entrusted with project management for the entire electrical and mechanical installations and consequently represents the key position in the project. The following systems are in our responsibility:
